Warm Glass
There are many different ways to form glass.
“Warm glass” is glass formed in a kiln.
Patte De Verre: The pieces below were made by piping a paste of glass onto a sheet of fiber paper, firing it, layering it with more fiber paper, and casting it again.
Kiln Cast Glass Lost Wax Process: These pieces were made by making a mold. A wax “positive” object is , cast it in plaster, then the wax is burned out, cleanly leaving a “negative” space to be filled with glass.
